Are you saved?  -

This is also easy but requires a bit of faith, if you have faith in Jesus Christ then this will be easy!:-)  This statement is just for fun please do not read any other meanings into it, thanks:).  If you have any questions about Jesus or having faith in Jesus please e-mail me or visit the rest of my site.

This is "Move 5": Hold the cube with the bottom facing up, & the corner piece that you want to rotate must be in the bottom right hand corner.

MVC-085S.jpg (28392 bytes)The piece that we are going to change is the bottom right hand corner piece (the green piece)

MVC-085S.jpg (28392 bytes)

  1. Right Side away from you (This is the green & yellow side)
  2. Front side to the left (This is the green & red side,  The colors I am mentioning here are of the bottom side, the predominantly blue side)
  3. Right side back towards you
  4. Front side back to the right.

The alternative notation explains this very well.

See the animation to see it clearly.

This must be repeated until the corner piece that you are rotating is the right way, (you will see that it is the right way when the colors match up).  Once the corner piece is in the right orientation (& you have completed the sequence of 4 turns) then you need to rotate the top row (The predominantly blue row), this is the same row that is rotated in the middle of "Move 3" (See picture)

MVC-086S.jpg (27507 bytes)Here the green corner piece has been rotated.  The top row now needs to be rotated to get the red block in the bottom right hand side position. DON'T CHANGE THE ORIENTATION OF THE CUBE, KEEP THE RED MIDDLE BLOCK FACING YOU.  The state of the cube is not important, it will come right when you have completed this move.

This animation is showing the top row rotating.

Once the top row is rotated then you can continue with the turns 1 to 4 mentioned above.  You continue this move until all the corner pieces have the right orientation.  It is not the same number of turns each time, it depends where the colors are.  Sometimes it can be as many as 30 turns before the cube comes together.

MVC-087S.jpg (26279 bytes)Here the red piece has been rotated.  The top side needs to be turned now to bring the yellow block to the bottom right hand corner position.  REMEMBER NOT TO CHANGE THE ORIENTATION OF THE CUBE, THE RED MIDDLE PIECE MUST KEEP FACING YOU.

It is advisable not to look at the cube while doing this move, just methodically do the moves & have a little faith.  The cube will fall into place at the last move.

There is nothing quite as satisfying as knowing Jesus Christ personally, but a completed Rubic cube is also very impressive.

God Bless.  Please e-mail me with improvements & also stories of how you did.
